# Manage Workflows

This article tells you how to manage workflows.

Reasy auto-versions your workflow every time you make changes to it. To view, right-click and select **Revision History**. To revert to any previous version, click \<icon> corresponding to it.

* To rename a workflow, right-click and select **Rename**.
* Should you wish to create a copy of a workflow, right-click and select **Duplicate**. Rename the created copy before you use it.
* If you don’t require a workflow, right-click and select **Delete** to delete it.
* To export your workflow, click![](https://reasyapps.com/forum/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/More-actions.png)and select whether it should be exported as a USN file or as an XPDL file.
